1. Service Agreement

By engaging Passion for Weddings Beauty for wedding planning and/or bridal beauty services, you agree to these terms and conditions. 2. Booking and Payment

A signed contract and initial deposit (typically 25-50% of total service fee) are required to secure your wedding date. Payment schedules will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Final payments are due 30 days before your wedding date.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding date will receive a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. Cancellations within 90 days are subject to our graduated cancellation fee structure as outlined in individual contracts.

Changes to services, dates, or locations may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees. All modifications must be requested in writing and confirmed by our team.

5. Liability and Insurance

Passion for Weddings Beauty maintains comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the total cost of services contracted. Clients are responsible for obtaining their own event insurance if desired.

6. Force Majeure
